Apartments at Apartahotel Valle de Rodellar

We have 30 apartments available throughout the year, which allows us to accommodate families, groups or events. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, rooms with comfortable beds, sheets, towels and a bathroom with shower and hot water. They are all on the ground floor and have a terrace or porch with spectacular views of the Rodellar Valley.

We also offer free parking and free WiFi (although there may be speed limitations due to our rural ADSL connection).

Services and standards

- Apartment capacity: The apartments have capacity from 2 to 6 people. The price of the apartment varies depending on the people who sleep in it. Babies under 24 months do not pay.

- Check-out : departure is before 12:00 p.m. The apartment must be left tidy, the kitchen clean with the kitchenware in its place (as you found it), lights and heating turned off and garbage in the roadside containers. The aparthotel will charge €40 if any of these tasks are not carried out.

- Cleaning: The apartment will be delivered completely clean and disinfected. During your stay there is no cleaning. The apartment has a broom, mop, bucket, soap and scouring pad.

- Sheets and Towels: Sheets and towels are included in the price. Whenever you need to change them you can request it. You must bring the dirty ones to reception and we will give you new ones.

- Heating: All apartments have self-regulating heating. Please turn off the heating when you leave the apartment

- Swimming pool: Open from June to September depending on weather conditions. Hours from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children must always be accompanied. You cannot play ball in the water, use inflatables (only floats and armbands for children), you cannot jump headfirst, run around, or eat and drink. Swimsuit is mandatory. Please respect the silence.

- Washers and dryers : We have a washing machine for the use of our clients and a dryer. The price for each wash is €5 and €4.50 for drying.

- Silence : In our establishment, tranquility is very important. They must respect the silence from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Music is prohibited in outdoor areas. Music inside the apartment must be at moderate volume. The reception reserves the right of admission if this rule is not complied with. Please let us know if you are being disturbed by other guests.

- Dog : We have apartments for clients with dogs. Only one dog per apartment is accepted. It is mandatory to communicate this in your reservation. They cannot be left alone in the apartment. They must bring all their papers in order. They must always be tied, not relieve themselves in the enclosure, not climb on the beds or sofa. If they cause damage, they must pay the cost of the repair or replacement at reception.

- Cribs and extra beds : Ask for them at reception. The price of extra beds is €20. The crib is free as long as it is available, sheets are not included.

- Reception Hours: High season hours: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Low season: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Parking next to the apartment, a few meters away. There is no fixed parking space assigned to each apartment.

- Check-in 4:00 p.m. and Check-out 12:00 p.m. (these hours are flexible upon request if the demand for the apartment allows it)

- Incidents If you have any incident during your stay, please notify us at reception so we can solve it as soon as possible. We would also appreciate it if you let us know if you are missing any of the household items, furniture, if the cleaning is not as expected or if you have not been treated kindly by a member of our team.

- Reservation and cancellation conditions: You can make the reservation from the website. You must pay an advance with your credit card. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or leave earlier than agreed, you must pay the full amount of the stay. Ask us for exceptional situations.
