La gente excepcional, la ubicación es perfecta ya no se necesita vehículo, los apartamentos están totalmente equipados. También hay restaurant, piscina, sala de juegos, supermercado y empresa de guías. No hay gasolinera.

Al lado del apartamento se inicia un sendero que lleva hasta el puente medieval o hasta el pueblo de Rodellar. En el edificio central del complejo hay una tiendecita en la que encontrar de todo.
